- Actual name Patrice. Name given by my Native American God Mother at age 11, was White Bird, the fact that I love to fly and did aerial mapping for my father starting at age 13, and did some aerial rescues by camera for SAR. I continue to do fire photography as a volunteer firefighter if needed in certain areas of California to this day, hence I've kept the name, Must Fly from 1971 or 1972 when I first experienced It's A Beautiful Day's David LaFlamme and his group. I danced like I've never danced to his song, White Bird Must Fly, the first time I'd heard it and my friends from then, that went to school with me at Humboldt, think it's a natural name. I also admitted I went by that to David Laflamme at his last local concert in the park. Yes, It's a Beautiful Day is still performing well, with Linda Laflamme doing the female vocals.
I Single parented two sons one step-daughter also age 13-18.
