Corey Drumz is the youngest son of respected BMI award winning songwritter/composer Larry Banks (father), soul singer Jaibi (mother) and is the founder/CEO of Iron Kladd Entertainment otherwise known as I.K.E.. Concieved in 1997 and incorporated in 2003, I.K.E. was formed out of Corey’s frustration with labels who had neither the capability nor the willingness to nurture its hip hop artists effectively. Corey, who is also a recording artist who was formally signed to Columbia Records and various others, felt the best way for his music and the music of many other emerging artists to reach its fullest potential was to create a vehicle dedicated to that pursuit. Iron Kladd Entertainment was born in 2003 and has since then I.K.E. has never looked back.

Hailing from Lefrak City, Queens New York, we have Kirk Bananno whom is a trend setting hip-hop artist who also specializes in the writing of r&b music. Kirk was introduced to hip-hop music at the tender age of 8, fell in love with the art-form and has since then dedicated his life to using his lyrics as a tool to inform, entertain, as well as uplift the masses who are fans of hip-hop and r&b music. After 12 years of coming up empty handed dealing with the politics and red-tape of the modern day music industry, in the year 2007 Kirk Bananno met with Corey Drumz (Founder and CEO of Iron Kladd Entertainment, Inc.) to conduct a recording session in his IKE HITZ STUDIOS based in Brentwood, N.Y. . Ironically, both parties native neighborhoods were from the same area of New York (Queens) Corey being from [ Hollis] and Kirk being from [Lefrak City]. Having that in common they immediately hit it off and built an indescribable chemistry with one another while creating music. Within a few months after the two meeting with each other, Kirk joined forces with Corey as well as Corey's then artist next in line, Lee Boogz(also from Hollis, Queens), to form the jauggernaut that the public now knows as I.K.E.. Corey Drumz and Kirk Bananno are also a songwriting team named "The Rhythm Writers" so any urban/hip hop artists that need great songs penned, hoffa at us. We write hits.

Hailing from Hollis Queens NY; a neighborhood that has spawned many legendary hip-hop artists, Lee Boogz a/k/a The Young Exec., embodies all of the emotion, ambition, pain and struggle of his surroundings. Growing up in foster care, Lee Boogz was forced to survive the streets by any means necessary. Rhyming since the age of 9, Boogz has evolved into a powerhouse on the mic. His flow is unlike any other, which helps him stand out in the over crowded realm of mcs. With numerous street battles, various live performances at many local and non local locations throughout the east coast, underground radio appearances, street level CDs and more, Boogz is more than ready to attack the national audience with his signature I.K.E. sound.
